A Mindful prenatal Experience

Join us at Before Time Flies for a small, supportive Physio-led prenatal Pilates class, designed specifically for expectant mothers.
This tailored session helps you feel strong, stable, and connected to your changing body, while building strength through every stage of pregnancy.
In partnership with Fit For You, our physio-led approach focuses on improving core and pelvic floor strength, easing common pregnancy aches, and enhancing posture and mobility—all while supporting relaxation, confidence, and connection to your changing body as you prepare for birth and recovery.

What to expect
In this 90-minute workshop, you’ll strengthen your body, release tension, and connect with your pregnancy journey while meeting like-minded mums-to-be. Together, we’ll celebrate this special chapter—leaving you feeling grounded, confident, and beautifully yourself on and off the mat.

We’ll begin the morning with refreshing welcome drinks and nourishing light bites—a healthy, feel-good start designed to energise you and set the tone for a morning of wellness and connection.

Prenatal Mat Pilates Class
Join us on the mat for a 30 minute Physio-led pilates class designed to build strength, reduce tension and aid mobility. All pilates equipment provided.

Mini Maternity Photoshoot
Enjoy a ten-minute mini maternity photoshoot designed to capture this special moment. With one outfit and a focus on showcasing your bump, you’ll receive one complimentary image with the option to purchase more.
About Fit for you
I'm Bella, a Physiotherapist specialising in musculoskeletal and women’s health, with experience in both the NHS and private settings. I combine my clinical expertise with a passion for movement, helping you recover, strengthen, and prevent future injury. My approach blends physiotherapy with Pilates to support your journey to better health and well-being.

About Me
My name is Molly Ann. I am a photographer specialising in newborn photography, and maternity and family photoshoots from my bespoke photography studio in West Malling, Kent.
I am passionate about helping my clients to integrate mindfulness into their pregnancy journey to promote a healthier and more balanced pregnancy. With my photographs, I specialise in capturing precious family moments as timeless heirlooms so you can cherish them for years to come.

Answers to common prenatal yoga event questions.
What benefits will I receive from prenatal pilates?
Prenatal pilates offers both physical and emotional benefits. You’ll build strength in key areas like your core, legs, and hips to better support your changing body. The movements can also help ease common symptoms like back pain or pelvic discomfort.
On a deeper level, the mindful breathwork and body awareness can reduce stress, improve sleep, and help you feel more calm and confident as you prepare for labour.
Is this class safe for all stages of pregnancy?
This session is specifically designed for women in their 2nd trimester or 3rd trimester. You must be medically safe to exercise and be able to get on and off the floor. This class is not appropriate for anyone with any unstable pregnancy symptoms such as pre-eclampsia or gestational diabetes.
I’ve never done pilates before, can I still join?
Absolutely. This session is beginner-friendly and focuses on gentle, mindful movement. Isabella will guide you through everything and can adapt movements to suit your body.
What should I bring or wear?
Just come as you are in comfortable clothes you can move and stretch in. We’ll provide all the equipment you need, including mats, props, and water.
For the mini maternity shoot please bring one light coloured outfit of your choice e.g. linens, beiges or whites.
Can I come alone?
Yes! Most women attend solo. This is a welcoming, small-group environment designed to help you feel calm, confident, and connected.
What if I have aches or specific symptoms like back or pelvic pain?
That’s exactly what this session is for. Because we keep the group small, Isabella can offer adjustments or specific movements to help relieve common pregnancy symptoms.

- This experience is an event hosted by Before Time Flies, in collaboration with Fit For You.
- This experience is free of charge without any expectation of you purchasing any further products or services.
- Professional photos and videos will be taken throughout this event. If you do not wish for your photo and/or video of you to be taken, please do not register for, or attend this event. If you attend the event and do not wish for your image to be processed, you will be asked to leave.
- Before Time Flies will provide comfortable yoga mats, bolsters and blocks for each participant, as well as pillows and blankets for support for each participant, essential oils, soft background music and sounds, and water.
- All seating, mats, bolsters, blocks, pillows, blankets, pilates props and other furnishings must be returned to Before Time Flies at the end of the event.
- To ensure a safe and supportive practice, you must inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy complications, or concerns your instructor should be aware of (e.g., high blood pressure, gestational diabetes, placenta previa, previous pregnancy complications, recent injuries, or surgeries) or any movements or positions that you have been advised to avoid.
- You will also inform the instructor of any pain, discomfort, or pregnancy-related symptoms they should know about.
- By signing up to this event you confirm that you:
- have consulted with your healthcare provider before participating in prenatal pilates and have received clearance to engage in this practice.
- will listen to your body and modify or stop any movement that causes discomfort, pain, dizziness, or any other symptoms that feel unsafe.
- understand that this is not a 1:1 physiotherapy consultation and you will not receive individual assessment/ diagnosis/ treatment.
- take full responsibility for my health, safety, and well-being during class and will inform the instructor of any concerns or changes in my pregnancy.
- will not hold the instructor, studio, or any affiliated parties liable for any injuries, complications, or adverse effects that may occur as a result of participating in prenatal pilates.
- By attending this event, you understand that you are assuming all risks related to prenatal pilates. You release and discharge Fit For You and Before Time Flies, its instructors, and any associated individuals or entities from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from my participation in prenatal pilates classes.
