Event Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By registering for any ticketed Before Time Flies Event, you will accept these terms and conditions.

Event Registration

Attendees must register for events via the Before Time Flies Website and event registration page.

During registration, attendees are required to provide their first and last name, email address, and phone number at a minimum.

Payment Terms

Any payment for event registration or attendance must be made in full at the point of registration.

Refund Policy

Before Time Flies operates a strict no-refund policy for our events. Once you have registered to attend a Before Time Flies event, no refunds will be provided for cancellation or sickness.

Privacy and Data Protection

Attendee data is collected on the Before Time Flies website and is subject to the Before Time Flies Privacy Notice. Attendees are encouraged to review the Privacy Notice at beforetimeflies.com/privacy when registering for the event or purchasing tickets to be fully informed of how their data is collected, processed, handled, stored and retained.

Your personal data is not shared with any third parties outside of sub-contractors working on behalf of Before Time Flies.

Photographs, Videos, Publicity Material, Radio, Television and Print Media

Except as otherwise agreed in writing between Before Time Flies and the Attendee, Before Time Flies reserves the right to use any photographs, recordings, electronic images or publicity material received by or obtained by Before Time Flies in the course of the event, for any use deemed proper by Before Time Flies.

Before Time Flies has the exclusive right to include photographic, video and other visual portrayals of Attendees in any pictorial medium of any nature whatsoever for the purpose of marketing, advertising, sales, publicity and otherwise, without further compensation to the Attendee. All rights and interest will be Before Time Flies’ sole property, free of any claims from the Attendee, or any persons deriving any rights or interest from the Attendee.

At each event, it will be clearly displayed that Before Time Flies is taking photographs and videos and provide you with information on how you can request your image is not taken or used and opt-out of your image being used for these purposes. The photographer or videographer will be clearly identified as a Before Time Flies representative and record any request for you to not be included in photos, videos or other visual portrayals. Before Time Flies accepts written and verbal methods of consent or opt-out.
If you wish for your image not to be used for these purposes, you can opt-out at any time by contacting molly@beforetimeflies.com.

Cancellation Notifications

In the event of cancellations or changes to an event, attendees will be notified via email and through official Before Time Flies social media channels.

Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during Before Time Flies events.
Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated.

Before Time Flies reserves the right to remove any attendee who violates the code of conduct from the event without a refund.

Accommodations for Disabilities

Available accommodations for Attendees with disabilities or additional needs will be provided on a per-event basis and detailed upon event registration.

Attendees requiring accommodations are encouraged to contact molly@beforetimeflies.com in advance to make suitable arrangements.

Miscellaneous

Before Time Flies reserves the right to make changes to event details, including dates, times, venues, and program content, if necessary.
Attendees are responsible for their own transportation, accommodation, and any additional expenses incurred during Before Time Flies events.
